Please read this policy carefully. The following document concerns the return and reimbursement of Nanomid.
We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.
Refunds for products related to the vpn service are not available. In case of active subscriptions, the latter cannot be refunded, however it is possible to deactivate the subscription to avoid further renewals.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
For purchases of physical products (Vpn Box or any other Hardware) the right of withdrawal is allowed, which must be requested no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, by opening a Ticket in the appropriate section (here: https://nanomid.com/dashboard/ticket )
The customer is entitled to a refund of the entire amount paid, if the Vpn Box has never been connected to the network, as to connect the Vpn Box to the network is equivalent to activating the subscription of the VPN license (digital) acquired together with the Vpn Box, if this happens instead, the customer is entitled to receive a partial refund, or the amount of the Vpn Box alone, equal to € 35.00.
The refund will take place only once the customer has returned the product (the shipping costs for the return are to be paid by the buyer) in the following ways:
For those who paid with Paypal will be refunded with Paypal
For those who paid by card, it will be refunded by bank transfer (the customer must provide the IBAN, after the return procedure is accepted)
NOTE: Refunds cannot be made for active subscriptions on licenses associated with the Vpn Box. Subscription may be suspended for successful renewals.
WARRANTY AND ASSISTANCE
The customer who purchases any physical product (hardware) on our site is entitled to 24 months of legal assistance and 12 months of commercial assistance.
We always invite you to read the technical specifications of the product (here: https://nanomid.com/vpn/tech-specs ), to ensure that you are using an appropriate power supply for the purpose.
The customer can start an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) case by opening a ticket in the appropriate section on the website (here: https://nanomid.com/dashboard/ticket ).
Once the customer has received all the instructions and has sent us the faulty or defective product, our technicians will evaluate the status of the product and, based on the extent of the problem, will provide us with the outcome of the evaluation, if the product is eligible for the warranty, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge and returned to the customer no later than 15 working days if the product is not suitable for repair or replacement, it will simply be returned to the customer, without further additional costs.
The NOT warranty covers the following cases:
- Accidental damage
- Unexpected use of the product
- Problems due to electrical overcharging
- Hardware and software tampering with the product , by the customer
The shipping costs for the return are to be paid by the customer
