Returns and Refunds Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Nanomid.

Digital products

We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days from the original purchase of the product.

Refunds for products related to vpn service are not available. If there are active subscriptions, these cannot be refunded, however, subscription can be deactivated to avoid further renewals.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Physical Products

For purchases of physical products (VPN Box or any other Hardware), the right of withdrawal is allowed, which must be requested no later than 14 days from the date of product delivery, by opening a Ticket in the appropriate section (here: https://nanomid.com/dashboard/ticket )

The customer is entitled to refund of the full amount paid, if the VPN Box has never been connected to the network, as connecting the VPN Box to the network equates to activating the VPN license (digital) subscription acquired together with the VPN Box, if this happens, the customer is entitled to a partial refund, equal to the amount of the VPN Box only, equal to € 35.00.

The refund will be processed only once the customer has returned the product (return shipping costs are borne by the buyer) in the following ways :

For those who paid with Paypal, will be refunded with Paypal
For those who paid with credit card, will be refunded via bank transfer (the customer will have to provide the IBAN, after the return practice is accepted).

NOTE: For active subscriptions on licenses associated with the VPN Box, refunds are not possible. The subscription can be suspended for subsequent renewals.

The customer who purchases any physical product (hardware) on our site, is entitled to 24 months of legal assistance and 12 months of commercial assistance.

We always invite you to read the product technical specifications (here: https://nanomid.com/vpn/box ), to ensure the use of a suitable power supply.

The customer can start an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process by opening a ticket in the appropriate section on the site (here: https://nanomid.com/dashboard/ticket ).

Once the customer has received all the instructions and has sent us the faulty or defective product, our technicians will assess the condition of the product and based on the severity of the problem, will provide the outcome of the assessment, if the product is eligible for warranty it will be repaired or replaced for free and shipped back to the customer within a maximum of 15 working days, if the product is not eligible for repair or replacement, it will be simply shipped back to the customer, without any additional costs.

The warranty does NOT cover the following cases:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse of the product
- Problems due to electric overfeeding
- Hardware and software tampering of the product, by the customer

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
