Make sure your playlist is working and active, that it has no limitations or problems.
For privacy reasons we do not have access to the playlists, we do not provide any assistance on them
You can recover a license, from your personal area, in the following ways:
From the "My licenses" section
1. Click on the Actions menu
2. Select Generate New Activation Code
3. Enter the new code on one of your devices
From the "My devices" section
1. Click on the menu Actions
2. Select Unbind License
Now you can link the license again on the your new device
NOTE: You can recover a license only if purchased with the same email used for registration. The transfer is only valid between smartTVs (Samsung and Lg) or between Android devices
From the "My licenses" section
1. Click on the menu Actions
2. Select Generate New Activation Code
3. Enter the new code on one of your devices
No, but you can transfer the license from an old device to a new device
Check the spam of the email and make sure you have clicked on the confirmation link,
if the link is no longer available you will need to register again
