How do I transfer a license to Nanomid Player ? (Broken Smart Tv)

You can transfer your license, from your personal area, in the following ways:

From the section "My licenses "

1. Click on the menu Actions
2. Select Associate License
3. Choose the Device to which you want to transfer the license

From the section "My devices"

1. Click on the menu Actions
2. Select Associate License
3. Enter the license number to activate or select it from those already purchased

NOTE: the transfer is valid only between smartTVs (Samsung and Lg) or between Android devices


Player stuck on "ACTIVATE YOUR LICENSE" screen. What to do ? (LICENSE PURCHASED)

This problem could arise when you format, reset or update your device.
Enter the activation code received by email to reactivate your license


Can I use my license on multiple devices at the same time ?

No, but you can transfer your license whenever you want between your devices
