My playlist won't open, freezes or slows down. What to do?

Make sure your playlist is working and active, that it has no limitations or problems.
For privacy reasons we do not have access to the playlists, we do not provide any assistance on them


How do I recover a license from a device I no longer own ?

You can recover a license, from your personal area, in the following ways:

From the "My licenses" section

1. Click on the Actions menu
2. Select Generate New Activation Code
3. Enter the new code on one of your devices

From the "My devices" section

1. Click on the menu Actions
2. Select Unbind License

Now you can link the license again on the your new device

NOTE: You can recover a license only if purchased with the same email used for registration. The transfer is only valid between smartTVs (Samsung and Lg) or between Android devices


Do you see the "ACTIVATE YOUR LICENSE" screen. What to do? (LICENSE ALREADY PURCHASED)

From the "My licenses" section

Can I use my license on multiple devices at the same time?

No, but you can transfer the license from an old device to a new device


I don't have a playlist, where can I find one?
For privacy reasons we do not have access to the playlists, we do not provide any assistance on them
