For privacy reasons we do not have access to the playlists, we do not provide any assistance on them
You can transfer your license, from your personal area, in the following ways:
From the section "My licenses "
1. Click on the menu Actions
2. Select Associate License
3. Choose the Device to which you want to transfer the license
From the section "My devices"
1. Click on the menu Actions
2. Select Associate License
3. Enter the license number to activate or select it from those already purchased
NOTE: the transfer is valid only between smartTVs (Samsung and Lg) or between Android devices
This problem could arise when you format, reset or update your device.
Enter the activation code received by email to reactivate your license
No, but you can transfer your license whenever you want between your devices

Check the spam of the email and make sure you have clicked on the confirmation link,
if the link is no longer available you will need to register again
Note: To recover a license already purchased, make sure to register the same email used during the payment phase.
