Where can I find the invoice number?
You can find the invoice in the orders section of your user area or in the email you received after the purchase

How do I request a refund?

Go to Refund-Policy to refer to our refund policies

I have purchased coupons but I would like to refund only part of them. How to do?
Coupons are not redeemable individually
What is a subscription?
You can choose during the payment phase, if available, to make the renewal of the payment for nanomid products automatic
How do I activate a subscription?

During the purchase phase you will need to click on "Enable automatic renewal" .
If the field is not present it means that the subscription is not available for the product you have selected

How to deactivate a subscription?

Go to My Order and perform the following steps:

1. Select the product you want to unsubscribe from
2. Click on Turn Off Automatic Renewal

How to deactivate one if I have deleted my account?

Register again on the site with the same email used previously,
you will have access to your payment, from there you can deactivate the subscription
