Where can I find the invoice number?

You can find the invoice in the My Orders section of your account, or in the email received after purchase.

What payment methods can I use?

How can I request a refund?

I have purchased coupons, how can I get a partial refund?
Coupons cannot be refunded individually.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
While making the payment, you can decide whether to set automatic renewal for nanomid products.
How can I activate a subscription?

During the purchase, you should select "Enable Auto Renewal" .
If the option is not available, it means that the subscription is not offered for the chosen product.

How can I deactivate a subscription?

Go to My Orders and then follow these steps:

1. Select the product you want to deactivate the subscription for.
2. Click on Deactivate Auto Renewal .

How can I deactivate the subscription if I deleted my account?

Create a new account with the old email address,
you will be able to access your payment information from where you can deactivate the subscription.
