Go to Change Password and change your password.
If you are not logged in you will need to log in first
Check the spam of the email and make sure you have clicked on the confirmation link,
if the link is no longer available you will need to register again
Go to: Register and fill in all fields.
You will have to confirm the registration by clicking on the link received by email
Go to My Ticket and open a ticket using the same email provided during registration to request deletion
NOTE: If you have active subscriptions you should stop them first
No, payments remain in our systems for tax reasons,
so you can recover it by registering on the site again with the same email

During the purchase phase you will need to click on "Enable automatic renewal" .
If the field is not present it means that the subscription is not available for the product you have selected
Go to My Order and perform the following steps:
1. Select the product you want to unsubscribe from
2. Click on Turn Off Automatic Renewal
Register again on the site with the same email used previously,
you will have access to your payment, from there you can deactivate the subscription
Note: To recover a license already purchased, make sure to register the same email used during the payment phase.
